Refund policy

At Tudal Wine, we take pride in the quality of our wines and your satisfaction is important to us.


All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or if you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us right away and we’ll do our best to make it right.


Please note:

  • We do not accept returns of wine or merchandise once it has been delivered.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually based on the circumstances of the order.

  • Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been fulfilled or shipped.
