Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States only.

Due to state and local regulations on alcohol shipments, we are unable to ship to the following states:

Pennsylvania (PA), Utah (UT), Virginia (VA), North Dakota (ND), and Mississippi (MS).

Please check your local laws before placing an order to ensure delivery is permitted in your area.



2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services.

Delivery times typically range from 5 to 10 business days after your order has been processed.



3. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order fulfillment before shipment.


 

4. Third-Party Fulfillment and Shipping

Tudal Wine partners with Cartons and Crates, a licensed third-party fulfillment and logistics provider, to handle the packing and shipping of all customer orders. While purchases are made through Tudal Wine, all shipping services—including carrier selection, packaging, and delivery—are managed and executed by Cartons and Crates. Tudal Wine does not directly ship or transport wine products. Any shipping-related inquiries, delays, or damages in transit are handled in coordination with Cartons and Crates to ensure a smooth delivery experience.


5. Quantity Limits

For larger orders exceeding 100 bottles or custom shipping arrangements, please contact info@tudalwine.com prior to checkout.

 

6. Shipping Restrictions & Age Verification

  • You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and receive wine.

  • All deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt.

  • We reserve the right to request valid ID to verify age.



7. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

 

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

 

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

 

10. Warm Weather Shipping

Please note that high temperatures can affect the quality of wine during shipping.

While we take every precaution to pack orders securely, Tudal Wine does not offer temperature-controlled shipping at this time.

During periods of extreme heat, we may delay shipments to help protect your order from heat exposure. If you prefer to receive your wine by a specific date or would like us to hold your shipment until weather conditions improve, please contact us at info@tudalwine.com before placing your order.



11. Sales Tax

California sales tax applies to any order shipped within California or picked up at the winery.

Certain other states may also require us to collect sales tax on your behalf.

If your state requires sales tax collection, it will be automatically calculated and added to your total at checkout.



12. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.



13. Shipping Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.

Tudal Wine is not responsible for delivery delays or failed shipments caused by incorrect address information.


14. Shipping Hold Policy

Customers requesting to have a shipment held after it has shipped will be subject to an additional fee. These fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and must be paid before the hold is placed.

A separate invoice will be sent for payment, and customers must contact us at info@tudalwine.com to arrange the hold.
